1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using LuzJogo, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. This is a social game — at no point is real money staked, won or paid out. The coins are virtual and have no monetary value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuzJogo. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Intended for residents of Portugal aged 18 or over.

3. Virtual coins

All coins on LuzJogo are virtual in-game items with no real-world value. They cannot be bought or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value. Coins are only earned by playing and are not transferable.

4. Fair play

There is no account to register or sign in to — the game runs entirely in your browser. You agree to play fairly and not to use cheats, exploits, automation or third-party software to manipulate the game or gain an unfair advantage.

5. Access

We may restrict or block access to LuzJogo for anyone who misuses the site or breaches these terms. As there are no accounts, this simply means we may prevent further access from a device or network.

6. Limitation of liability

LuzJogo is provided "as is", for entertainment purposes only. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
